Wolftooth is an American heavy metal band from Richmond, Indiana, formed in late 2017. They quickly made a name for themselves with a sound that’s a crushing blend of NWOBHM energy and stoner doom riffage. After releasing a debut EP, their self-titled 2018 album gained critical acclaim, landing at #7 on the Doom Charts’ year-end list. Through relentless touring with legendary bands like Crowbar and Black Label Society, they built a reputation as a must-see live act.
The band’s powerful sound was further refined on their 2020 album, Valhalla, which debuted at #1 on the Doom Charts and showcased a cleaner production. This momentum led to a signing with Napalm Records and their first European tour in support of the 2021 album, Blood and Iron. Now, having returned to their roots with Ripple Music, Wolftooth is set to release their fourth album, Wizard's Light, in November 2025.
